How long does shipping take?

We ship from our Orlando, FL warehouse. Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days and are delivered within 2–5 business days anywhere in the contiguous United States. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?

FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders of $99 or more. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $9.95. Oversized or wholesale bulk orders may require a custom shipping quote — we'll always confirm before charging you.

Do you deliver locally in Orlando?

What's your return policy?

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. If a product arrives defective or damaged, just send us a photo and your order number and we'll make it right right away.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. Need a different size, color, or model? Contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange an exchange.

Do you sell wholesale to barbershops and salons?
