Hereinafter, the Barbersupplies.shop website is represented by Trader K LLC.


Our shipping system:

All orders will be shipped by UPS ground service or by USPS service.

International shipping will be via DHL, USPS International or UPS Worldwide.


 Information about standard shipping and Free Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority or USPS Parcel Select Ground or UPS Ground (whichever option has the lowest cost). If you have a preferred shipping option, the order may be subject to the difference in shipping cost and the standard shipping charge of $10.

Aerosols and some chemicals can only be shipped via Ground Shipping.

Additional shipping charges may apply to orders after they are placed due to weight, distance, size, and/or items that require ground shipping.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or Military APO/FPO addresses and Canada may be subject to additional shipping charges. (Free shipping may not apply)

Free shipping does not apply to Rugs, Equipment and/or Furniture.

Shipping method for carpet, equipment and furniture orders will be determined by the weight of the item/order. Mats, equipment, and furniture cannot be shipped to a PO Box or via USPS. Mats, equipment and furniture cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or military APO/FPO and Canada at this time.

If your order is "returned to sender", additional shipping charges will be required from the buyer to reship the package. Otherwise, the order will be refunded less the actual shipping cost, whether free shipping or standard shipping was used (cost may be higher than standard shipping depending on location and package weight). Please be sure to verify your mailing address before placing your order.


 Other considerations to highlight:


No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

If you purchase several different products, we may generate different tracking numbers.

And they could have different delivery days.

90% of our products are delivered within about 7-15 days, and 10% could take 25-30 days to arrive.

Each product has a chat or product information request link, we are happy to help you have a better shopping experience.


Purchases of products through Barbersupplies.shop/ Trader K, LLC are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to the customer upon delivery by the carrier to the shipping address provided by the customer. Make sure you have a secure area for deliveries to prevent package theft.

If you are unable to locate your package or receive a package with missing or incorrect items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.


SHORTAGES AND DEFECTS AND DAMAGE

       All missing orders and wrong items shipped must be reported within 3 business days of the package delivery date with photos of the package and package content emailed to info@traderk.com

Any defects or damage to a product must be reported within 3 business days of the delivery date with photos sent via email to info@traderk.com

 Defective or damaged item must not be used and kept in new condition with all items sealed unopened.

If there is no contact regarding a package that was not received within 7 days after the carrier marks the package as delivered or within 14 days after the order is shipped, the package will be considered delivered.

Free Shipping: (in addition to standard shipping terms)

To receive free shipping, the free shipping code must be applied during checkout AND the free shipping option must be chosen as the shipping method.

For free shipping offer, total merchandise must reach $75 after all discounts and before taxes and shipping.

Free shipping does not apply to Rugs, Equipment and Furniture

International shipments will be made via DHL, UPS or USPS Priority Mail Int'l

We are currently adding new countries on a case by case basis. If your country does not appear in the shipping list, please send us an email so that we can review the shipping costs. Email us at info@traderk.com for shipping quotes.

Free shipping does NOT apply to international orders.

Buyers are responsible for any import fees, taxes, and/or customs fees for orders shipped outside of the United States.

Failure to pay any import fees, taxes and/or customs duties will result in abandonment of the order package without refund.

We currently do not ship aerosols and liquids INTERNATIONALLY. If your order consists of any of these items, we will contact you to cancel your order and place a new order without these items, which may cause a shipping delay.

Additional shipping charges may be required for heavier items or location after order is placed. If this is the case, we will contact you before shipping the order.

Return shipping charges for any reason (including defects) will be the responsibility of the customer.


ORDER CANCELLATION POLICIES

If an order has not been shipped yet, cancellation of the order can be requested by email only Email us at info@traderk.com

Please email your order number and full shipping details so we can locate and cancel the order. As orders are constantly being picked and shipped, cancellation after an order is placed (even with an email request) cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to intercept the package during processing if an email request is sent. cancellation before the order.
