Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Barber Supplies Shop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we’re here to help.

Returns
- You may return items within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Certain products (such as chemicals, liquids, aerosol sprays, and clipper blades) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
- To request a return, please email us at info@traderk.com with your order number.

Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. In some cases, a small restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply.

Exchanges
- We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us at info@traderk.com to request an exchange.

Shipping costs for returns
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the product arrived defective or damaged.
